Capillary welded tube is a finish-rolled tube that has been rolled for many times. Surface is bright and there is no weld inside and outside. The side hole gauge can pass freely. Tolerance and index can meet requirements of seamless tube, but price is more competitive.

       ZIBO HITECH MATERIAL CO., LTD was founded in May,2007. We are a Hi-Tech company with manufacturing, research and development of various special alloy and copper mould tube, and passed ISO quality system certification.
      Our company own advanced machines and equipment, including 2 sets of 1ton and 2tons vacuum furnace, 2, 1 set of 3ton and 5ton vacuum furnace, 2 sets of 2ton and 1ton induction furnace, 4sets of 3-roller and 4-roller rolling mill, 4 sets of on line annealing furnace etc, and have test center of chemical and physical with advanced equipment, such as spectrometer, optical instrument, detector, tensile testing machine and other laboratory equipment etc.

For each production processing, we have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.
 
After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.

It usually needs about 20-45 days after receiving the deposit.
 
3. Do you provide free samples?
 
Yes, we can provide a free sample for testing, If we have sample in stock.
 
The quantity based on the material type, The buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
 
4. What's your payment terms?
 
We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment for orders over $ 5000.
